My name is Caroline Njoki. I am the founder and Creator of 5 Life Questions.

5 Life Questions was developed to foster open communication between parents and children, or really between adults and adolescents overall. Communication, and more importantly, effective communication with our children and youth is so extremely critical at this moment in human history. While we understand that there is of course a generational gap, when we take a closer look at the communication gap, it is much much larger. As adults we are inundated with information, some of it accurate… most of it subjective, but all of it carrying the weight of influence whether good or bad on our children.

We have to have ways to connect and have meaningful conversations with the young people in our lives to provide guidance and a framework for proper decision making.

I have spoken to a number of different therapists, specialist, and friends and we see these sessions as a way to create ease around communication.

We will release a new set of questions each month. We recommend that you begin to incorporate these lessons and conversations around the dinner table, perhaps on a long trip, when spending time together on the weekends or in small groups. We will also feature live sessions so there will be plenty of opportunities for you to participate and join the conversation. We welcome your feedback and thank you for your support.

As we start this journey, exploring this concept of 5 Life questions… I am so very excited for you and I!

As we begin to unravel our core concepts, you will begin to see how Introspection, Belief, Purpose, Transformation and Hope lies at the foundation of every action we take in making the choices that shape our lives.

5 Life Questions will soon become the window or framework that we gaze out of as we look out and look within helping one another to become our happiest, healthiest, and most importantly our best selves.

Sometimes our conversations will be joyful,… other times it will be raw and heart wrenching… but you and I will make it… together.
